Assistant Manager- Restaurant: Assist Management in overseeing the kitchen and dining room staff. Responsible for operations in the absence of the General Manager. Responsible for promoting good staff and customer relations through consistent implementation of company standards. Set an example to other employees through good work habits and professional mannerism. Must be familiar with front of the house and back of the house positions (such as cook, expo, server, host(ess)) 2+ years in previous position. Food safety certification preferred.
Cook: Must be confident in their knife skills and motivated to produce in a high volume environment. Experience with prep This is a full time position with permanent/long term opportunity. Minimum 6 months experience in a similar position. Culinary training and food safe certification preferred
